**Job Description** **Primary Duties / Responsibilities:** + Develop a working knowledge of DFA’s Ethics and Compliance Program + Gain exposure to other DFA business units through training and internship events + Collaborate cross-functionally and support the Ethics and Compliance team on various types of projects including regulatory, international trade, and food labeling + Assist in the creation of training, communication content, and activities for Compliance initiatives **Requirements** The preferred candidate will be a junior or senior in the fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Business An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
