Position Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Analytics Co-op to join our service delivery team. In this role, you will analyze operational data across ITSM functions—Incidents, Problems, Changes, Service Requests, and Timesheets—to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Your insights will help improve service quality, reduce operational friction, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple workstreams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical thinker who enjoys solving real-world service management challenges through data.

Operational Data Analysis
• Analyze Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request data to identify trends, recurring issues, potential root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Review timesheet and effort data to validate accuracy, track capacity, and identify areas to optimize resource utilization.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and summary reports to communicate findings clearly.
Service Delivery Improvement
• Recommend process and operational improvements backed by quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs and support the development of performance baselines and forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to ITSM, AMS, and governance processes.
Stakeholder Support
• Provide analytical support to delivery leaders, Service Managers, and project teams.
• Translate complex data into simple, business-ready insights and recommendations.
• Participate in review meetings to present analysis and track ongoing actions.
Tools & Technologies
(You can tailor these to your environment)
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy).
• Experience with Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), or basic SQL/Python for analysis.
• Exposure to ticketing, timesheet, or capacity planning systems is an asset.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to draw insights from complex datasets.
• Comfortable working with large data exports and conducting structured analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and excited to explore how data can improve service delivery.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy
