Summer 2026 Chemisty/Biology Intership

Job Summary:
This internship will focus on the Quality functions for the distillery involving raw material testing, process monitoring, and data collection with limited exposure to yeasting process, cistern, warehousing, and bottling of finished product operations to help gain full understanding of the entire stream process. It may also include testing of whiskey to ensure compliance with all specifications and TTB regulations. Prepare and administer sensory evaluation program. Project work assignments will also be assigned as proficiency of Quality systems is obtained.
Preferred Experience & Education:
Students seeking a 4-year bachelor’s degree in chemisty, biology or science related field.
GPA of 3.0 or better
Must be able to work min 40 hours per week and on a varying schedule
Duration of internship would be mid-May to mid Aug, depending on the student’s availability.
