Collaboration: Partner closely with Culinary and F&B leadership to ensure seamless menu execution, item availability, and flawless communication across departments. Guest Experience: Anticipate guest needs with intuitive service, safeguarding privacy while creating memorable touchpoints that align with Rosewood’s “Relationship Hospitality” philosophy. Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, cost controls, ordering, and inventory to maintain efficient, commercially sound operations without compromising quality. Innovation: Drive creativity through personalized amenities, celebratory set-ups, and unique in-suite dining concepts that elevate the guest journey. Cross-Department Coordination: Ensure consistent communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Butler/Guest Services for smooth, synchronized service delivery.
