QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in marketing, sports management, business administration or other related fieldBox office/ticketing experience, from a sports facility, convention center, or other multi-purpose public assembly facility preferredAbility to Promote and sell group sales for selected events at both the Huntington Center and Glass City CenterAbility to work beyond normal business hours as required, based on event calendarProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and word processingMust be extremely organizedExcellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with suite clients, groups sales leaders, and the general publicAbility to work independently, with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills is requiredWillingness to Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Functions:

Responsible for processing all suite and premium tickets as well as group ordersEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external customersExercise confidentiality and integrity upon handling personal and financial customer informationManage premium and group ticket inventory with box office managerWork as a liaison to the Toledo Walleye Hockey club to ensure premium seat holders are satisfied and keep updated with renewals of accountsEffectively Sell group tickets and maintain an accurate group sales databaseComplete a Group Sales summery for events that have Group tickets soldProvide leadership for Box Office personnelOpens and or closes ticket window as requiredEfficiently and courteously answer questions and phone calls concerning prices, seating and events and other inquires to upcoming events Sell tickets at the Box Office window as well as assist in the lobby on event days helping guests with their mobile ticketsWork a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, extended (long) workdays and extended numbers of daysPerform other duties as assigned.
