Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio. **Your role and responsibilities** * Assist in the configuration, testing and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation). * Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping and validation. * Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and document business processes. * Provide first-level functional support to end users and help resolve system issues. * Assist in preparing user training materials and conducting training sessions. * Work with senior consultants to ensure project deliverables are on time and meet quality standards. * Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors release updates and new features. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Basic understanding of HR processes and systems. * Willingness to learn SAP SuccessFactors technology and consulting methodologies. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (through coursework, certification, internship, or self-study). * Experience in HRIS or HR operations. * SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one module is a plus.
