United Wholesale Mortgage’s world class training teams include our Success Track team who train our external clients on guidelines, processes, technology and most importantly how to grow their business. We are looking for a rock star mortgage expert to join this amazing team. Our Success Track Trainers facilitate training on all things mortgage related. We have classes for those new to the industry, veterans of the industry and anyone on their teams. In 2024 we rolled out our Success Track Paths that allow clients to come to the UWM campus to learn and grow in many different topics including Social Media, Income Calculations, VA, FHA loans and much more. Many of our clients rely on Success Track to for their initial trainings for new loan officers and processors so they can strategically grow their business. Our trainers are expected to be experts across all classes offered to our clients. The ideal candidate has a mastery of training principles, knowledge of sales, loan programs, a passion for helping our clients, and the ability to think clearly while balancing multiple tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Facilitating Success Track onsite trainings in front of 60 – 300 clients for 2 – 4 days each week Facilitating Virtual Success Track 1 hour classes as needed Touring clients through the building Designing, building, and delivering LO and Processor training to our clientsWorking with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting and leadership throughout UWM teams to develop and refine contentWorking under the leadership of the TL of Success Track Training WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

Sales, Origination, Underwriting or processing experienceTraining experience preferredStrong work ethic Ability to speak in front of 60 – 300 people for 8 hrs a day Good communication and team building skills Demonstrated client service excellence The drive and ability to learn at an accelerated pace Ability to take direct feedback from clients and company leadership Deliver with a high sense of urgency and a high level of quality Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High School Diploma Onsite attendance is required THE PLACE & THE PERKS
