主な業務内容

Salesforce製品の導入・定着化を加速するための技術的ガイダンスの提供

データ連携・自動化などの実装設計に関する助言(必要に応じて)

オンボーディング支援(ビジネス要件ヒアリング、サクセスパス策定)

ウェビナー、イベント等を通じた一対多形式での価値提供

推奨構成、設定ガイド、ユースケースなどの支援アセット作成

社内の営業・CSMとの連携による支援体制の構築
 

応募資格
必須スキル・経験

Salesforceや他のSaaS製品の導入・運用支援に関する3年以上の実務経験

技術的知見:以下いずれかの領域での知識・経験を有する方

データモデリング/プロセス設計

フロー/Apex/APIなどを活用した自動化・拡張

CRM・MA・BIの構成・連携

プラットフォーム構築や業務アプリ開発

お客様の技術・業務両面の要件を整理し、論理的に説明・提案する能力

技術者から役員層まで幅広いステークホルダーに応じた効果的なプレゼン力

自律的にタスクを推進し、複数案件を並行管理できるマルチタスク能力

日本語:ネイティブレベル(読み書き・会話)

英語:ビジネスレベル(読み書き中心)
 

推奨スキル・資格

Salesforce認定資格(例:Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder 等)

データベース、プログラミング、ネットワーク、クラウドインフラ等のIT関連知識

Tableau, MuleSoft, Slackの実務経験または資格保有
