Subsea Vessel Leads
Minimum 10yrs subsea experience as a MPSV Subsea Lead/Subsea Supervisor position, with preference given to those with LWI experience. Experience on ultra deepwater projects (1,500m+) is essential.
Applicants must be capable of working within fast-paced, dynamic subsea developments while also looking to improve operational efficiencies.
Primary Duties Ensure that all equipment is installed with the primary focus on Safety and the Environment. Witness all critical transfers to the MPSV, whether that be Shorebase transfers or V2V transfers Ensure procedures are followed during the deployment, installation and testing of subsea equipment Supervise the preparation, overboarding and installation of the following equipment. OWLDB THD EVDT Well Jumpers EFLs & SFLs SCM & Choke c/o The scopes of activities will also include cycling of SCIVs to include FS-II, FIV-II & E-Fortress using ROV FlyWOCS LWI experience from previous ultra deepwater subsea projects. Prepare Tubing Head (THD) Installation Procedures and submit to Wells Senior Subsea Engineer to review and approve Prepare Tree (EVDT) installation Procedures and submit to Wells Senior Subsea Engineer to review and approve Prepare EOWR for handover documents to Wells & Production. Capturing all relevant As Left information Experience in performing hydrate remediation scopes on EVDTs & Manifolds Communicate with Production to raise PTW for subsea installations Ensure correct certification of lifting equipment for equipment to be deployed Prepare Field SIMOPS plans as/when required Review and monitor ROV tooling for the MPSVs Initial Well Positioning / Open Water Work (OWW) Support Coordination of DP Beacon movement and ROV support for rigs Pre- and Post- Drill Seabed Survey Future well site preparation, to include setting Marker Buoys & DP Beacons for Exploration and Development Wells Attend MPSV Morning Calls and all MPSV planning meetings and provide updates on MPSV operations and scheduling Compile and submit MPSV daily reports
Performance, Cost, and Schedule Tracking Steward Contractor KPIs - Track issues, progress, and KPIs, including HSE, Quality, NPT, safety and costs Perform initial Vessel Invoice verification review of timesheets and POB lists. Maintain Vessel Downtime Tracker on a vessel-by-vessel basis Capture NPT, Non-NPT, Stand-By Time & Weather events
Secondary Duties Lessons Learned Tracking and Close-out Follow-up Seabed Survey, and Marker Buoy deployment / recovery task completion and record keeping. ROV Video Organization and Record keeping (thru HUVR implementation)
Operations Integrity and Safety Compliance Monitoring Reporting of all spills/uncontrolled releases, following the assigned reporting structure Ensure MOC situations are identified and initiated as per Company Policy Monitor Vessel Critical Spare part inventory tracking Create and monitor Tool and Equipment Spares management tracking processes Monitor and track vessel rigging status and equipment levels Monitor and track vessel maintenance activities, to include ROV hose registries Maintain BOP Intervention Readiness / Emergency Response Readiness tracker Assist with Safety Program development, implementation, and stewardship
Work schedule: Rotation (offshore)
Work hours: 12 hours per day
