Overview

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and passionate about construction materials and project workflows? Join our team as a Submittal Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in connecting manufacturers, engineers, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate material approvals.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and Deliver SubmittalsDevelop comprehensive and compliant material submittal packages that align with project specifications and engineering standards.Manage Documentation and DataTrack pricing, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain well-organized records to support efficient project execution.Coordinate with SuppliersCommunicate with manufacturers to verify material compatibility, availability, and delivery schedules—keeping projects on track.Support StakeholdersAssist clients and engineers in evaluating material options and technical details to facilitate informed decision-making.Collaborate Across TeamsWork closely with Project Managers and Sales teams to enhance purchasing strategies and deepen your knowledge of construction materials.QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with construction documentation and specificationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProactive attitude with a willingness to learnExperience with data entry and basic pricing analysis (preferred)SkillsSubmittal package creationProject coordinationMicrosoft Excel & Office SuiteData entry and administrative supportSupply chain and project management

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
