This role provides full life cycle support, including documentation, project management, and customer relationship management. The SLM ensures customer requirements are met by coordinating with technical teams, managing project schedules, and maintaining clear communication throughout the engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver customer requirements. * Negotiate and prepare Service Agreements. * Develop cost estimates and track project budgets. * Create and monitor project plans for diverse customer needs. * Act as the interface between PD ALTESS and technical teams to ensure projects stay on schedule. * Enter and monitor customer requirements in the ServiceNow system. * Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, providing clear status updates and issue resolution. Preferred Skills: * Basic cybersecurity knowledge. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Experience with project management and customer relationship management tools. **Required technical and professional expertise** * A minimum of 8 years of experience providing project management support in an IT environment. * Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency with Excel. Must live within 50 miles of Radford, VA as this job requires in person work at least 3 days per week Must hold and maintain an Active DoD Secret clearance **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for IT service management. * PMP certification (or equivalent project management credential) is a plus. * Familiarity with ITIL v3 processes, especially incident management, change management, and service level management.
