Title / Designation: Subject Matter Expert Location: Kolkata

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Lead FPGA architecture design, RTL development, and hardware acceleration solutions Conduct feasibility studies on FPGA–CPU/GPU co-design and emerging technologies Develop PoCs to evaluate performance (latency, throughput, resource utilization) Debug RTL/testbench issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects Document design decisions, trade-offs, and mentor junior engineers Candidate requirements:

 

5–8+ years of hands-on FPGA/RTL design experience (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog) Strong knowledge of protocols: PCIe, Ethernet, TCP/IP, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, AXI Expertise in verification (UVM), simulation, and debugging tools (ILA/SignalTap) Solid understanding of digital design, hardware algorithms, and IP development Experience with FPGA toolchains, Linux/Windows environments, and scripting (Python/Tcl/Bash preferred)
