Subcontract Manager

We are seeking a Subcontract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of Feed and Consultancy Support contracts. The role involves managing tendering processes, contract issuance, and post-award activities, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of Feed and Consultancy Support contracts. Prepare and issue complete and viable tender documentation. Lead tender clarification meetings and facilitate communication with bidders. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations and negotiations. Manage contract issuance, kick-off meetings, and post-award activities. Report contract progress from pre-award to close-out using project systems. Work with multi-disciplinary project teams. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

University degree in a relevant field. Minimum 7 years’ experience in contracts and procurement. Background in supply chain or subcontracts. Previous experience with Aramco preferred.
