Subcontract Administrator Associate

We operate with unparalleled commitment to those who depend on our products and services worldwide to perform their missions.** The Associate Subcontract Administrator I will be responsible for assisting in subcontract administration including RFP and quotation preparation, bid evaluation, negotiations, and drafting and administering subcontract and service agreements within the Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC) department. **YOUR IMPACT** + Responsible for providingsubcontract support to all GPSCareas. + Support subcontract award requirements including sourceevaluation, selection, and terms and conditions for the procurement of materials, equipment and services in accordance to company policy, FAR/DFARS and Public Law regulations. + Prepare, analyze,andevaluate bids andproposals to ensure they meet company policy and department operating procedures. + Identify subcontract issuesanddevelop solutions. + Assist in negotiating and modifying standard and non-standard contract/subcontract provisions. + Maintain,analyze, update, anddevelopvariouselectronic and hard copyrecords. + Maintain an awareness of regulatory changes andthe impact onsubcontracts. + Observe all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations whereverandwhenever business is conducted on behalf of theCompany. + Understand subcontract administrator roles as it pertains to price and cost analysis, supplier fact finds, labor and materials pricing analysis. + Understand how to negotiate and document completed negotiations. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree in related field + Related internship experience required **STANOUT QUALIFICATIONS** + Strong verbal andwritten communication skills + Excellenttime management andorganizational skills + Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)and proposal management + Ability to analyze date and focus on attention to details + CAPM Certification preferred \#LI-MC1 **Pay Range:** $56,600.00 - $88,400.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
