The Associate Subcontract Administrator I will be responsible for assisting in subcontract administration including RFP and quotation preparation, bid evaluation, negotiations, and drafting and administering subcontract and service agreements within the Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC) department.

YOUR IMPACT

Responsible for providing subcontract support to all GPSC areas.Support subcontract award requirements including source evaluation, selection, and terms and conditions for the procurement of materials, equipment and services in accordance to company policy, FAR/DFARS and Public Law regulations.Prepare, analyze, and evaluate bids and proposals to ensure they meet company policy and department operating procedures.Identify subcontract issues and develop solutions.Assist in negotiating and modifying standard and non-standard contract/subcontract provisions.Maintain, analyze, update, and develop various electronic and hard copy records.Maintain an awareness of regulatory changes and the impact on subcontracts.Observe all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.Understand subcontract administrator roles as it pertains to price and cost analysis, supplier fact finds, labor and materials pricing analysis.Understand how to negotiate and document completed negotiations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related fieldRelated internship experience required

Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and proposal managementAbility to analyze date and focus on attention to detailsCAPM Certification preferred

Pay Range:

$56,600.00 - $88,400.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
