Basic Requirements:
B.S. Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of five years leadership experience working in manufacturing companies, in Production Control and/or Purchasing Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.Job Roles:

75-100% travel, location; remote Maintains high ethics and values in the workplace Serves as leader and program manager for customer critical programs between sites within the Airfoils segment Train & implement the Airfoils standard Line of Balance (LOB) flow management to the Specialty Products operations in all internal and customer SIOP processes. Travel to and lead critical supplier recovery/relationship throughput initiatives For all Airfoils Specialty Products operations, support the location teams to execute: Develop and administrate controls for supplier product and production output Monitor raw material inventory and procurement Engage and drive a high performance culture of commit accuracy and collaborates toward on-time delivery Schedule and communicate with the customer any delinquencies to their order Works toward reduction of costs within related fields such as inventory, waste Collaborates toward NPI efforts Critical trainer and developer within the segment talent factory strategy
