As the Sub-Region Head of Siemens Advanta DACH, you are responsible for leading the business and operational growth of our DACH organization, including overall strategic, operational, and financial performance.You will strategically position Siemens Advanta as the premier professional services leader across the DACH region. This role demands driving significant business growth through robust collaboration with the Siemens CEOs for Germany, Austria/CEE, and Switzerland, along with other critical internal units and external partners. Your focus will be on maximizing value delivery for both clients and Siemens, ensuring a highly profitable, sustainable, and expanding Advanta business.

Your defining qualities 

EducationMaster's degree or MBA from a reputable university/business school highly preferred, with a focus on strategic management, international business, digital transformation, or technology management.Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in leading complex solution projects, especially in the area of Digital Transformation.A top-tier consulting firm or professional services background with P&L responsibility in previous position(s).Regional experience and know-how, as well as a CxO network, to further grow Siemens Advanta business in DACH.
