Description:
The Studio Producer will report to the Head of Production and support the creation of digital content (videos, photography, social media and more). The Photo and Video Studio Producer is a dynamic, highly organized, and creative professional responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing photo and video productions within our in-house studio environment. This individual acts as the central hub between creative vision and practical execution, ensuring that projects move smoothly from conception through post-production, all while meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working within the Production Team, the Studio Producer will work closely with account leads and creative teams to create engaging content.
+ Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process for photo and video shoots, from initial brief and ideation to final delivery.
+ Scheduling and Coordination: Create detailed production schedules, coordinate with photographers, videographers, talent, stylists, and other team members to ensure timely execution of all projects.
+ Resource Allocation: Manage studio resources, including booking and prepping equipment, and arranging for props, wardrobe, and sets as needed.
+ Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets for each production, maximizing production dollars, ensuring cost efficiency without sacrificing quality.
+ Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, art directors, and clients to translate concepts into actionable plans, providing input on shot lists, storyboards, and visual treatments.
+ Talent Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with models, actors, voice-over artists, and other on-camera talent, as well as freelance crew and vendors.
+ Production Supervision: Supervise on-set activities during shoots, ensuring adherence to the creative brief, safety protocols, and studio policies.
+ Technical Oversight: Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of photography and video equipment, lighting, and backdrops, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
+ AI Assets: Work with creative and asset management teams to create cleared assets that can be customizable with AI usage.
+ Post-Production Coordination: Working closely with other Production Team members, manage the workflow for retouching, editing, color grading, sound design, and other post-production processes, liaising with editors and post-production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets.
+ Quality Assurance: Review final images and videos for technical and creative quality, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations and brand standards.
+ Client Communication: Working with the Account and Delivery Management Teams, serve as the primary point of contact for production to communicate with clients, updating them on project status, gathering feedback, and managing revisions as needed.
+ Studio Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the studio environment, managing inventories of equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
+ The Studio Producer will also assist Senior Producers on other production opportunities when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Photography, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
+ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a photo or video production environment, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and post-production workflows for both photo and video mediums.
+ Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex schedules and logistics.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across creative, account, delivery management, and production crews.
+ Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting issues in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
+ Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in both creative and technical aspects of production.
+ Leadership: Experience in supervising teams and managing freelance talent and vendors.
+ Creativity: Ability to contribute creative ideas and adapt to evolving project requirements.
+ Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adjusting plans and priorities to meet changing needs.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Degree in Film Production, Producing or related field and/or vocational training or experience amounting to equivalent is required.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
