About the Role & Program:
The Influencer Marketing team oversees the strategy and execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns to amplify digital marketing efforts across The Walt Disney Studios (and wider TWDC). Our Creative Strategy, Influencer Relations and Campaign Execution teams lead full-service, 360-marketing solutions partnering with relevant, brand safe influencers for various activations – custom content, premieres, experiential events, mailers, etc. Using industry best practices and innovative strategies, this team is tasked with developing and delivering engaging and impactful creator content at scale.
This role will support the Creative Strategy team, responsible for developing, communicating, optimizing, and overseeing the creative strategy framework behind influencer marketing campaigns from ideation through development and execution, supporting the rapidly evolving needs of content creators while meeting internal campaign KPIs.
What You Will Do:
Support team with quantitative and qualitative research to develop insights that provide the strategic and creative vision.Help develops influencer/creator-centric conceptsDevelop creator discovery reports, highlighting current trends and opportunities where they may drive increased awareness and engagement around our upcoming marketing campaigns.Onsite support at across Theatrical and Brand marketing supportHelp manage creator outreach and confirmations for marketing events, content shoots, premieres, etc.Help create and manage meeting agendas, notes and reportsRequired Qualifications & Skills:
Good understanding of the influencer marketing spaceExperience with and knowledge of short-form video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and SnapchatBasic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation softwareStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with researching and/or using a range of tools to acquire information and present findingsPreferred Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in digital media, talent/artist relations, public relations and/or marketingFamiliarity with back-end publishing and platform and analytics tools (i.e. FB insights, YouTube Analytics)Familiarity with software like: Airtable, Traackr, CreatorIQPrevious experience working in the entertainment industryEducation:

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
