 The Coordinator plays a central role in managing the customer experience within the design studio. This position organizes front desk workflow, schedules and follows up with customers, and provides administrative support for consultants and management. Responsibilities also include greeting customers, maintaining files, answering phones, preparing buyer packets, attending meetings, and keeping the studio neat, stocked, and organized. Responsibilities:Schedule and confirm customer appointments, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming environmentManage studio lot files, answer phones, and prepare buyer files for final appointmentsAttend daily and weekly staff meetings to ensure smooth coordinationSupport administrative tasks such as delivering start packages, updating reports, maintaining supplies, and restocking refreshments Qualifications and Requirements:Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferredExperience: Customer service, sales, or marketing background; experience in homebuilding or retail industries preferredSkills: Highly organized, self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong communication skills, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer service Benefits and Perks:Weekly PayMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefitsMonday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekendsOpportunities for training and career advancement Your New Organization:A leading company in the homebuilding industry, dedicated to helping customers create homes that fit their lifestyles.
