**Core Responsibilities**
+ Produce and share content and information related to workplace projects (e.g. office relocations, expansions and upgrades) across various channels.
+ Create engaging slide decks and communication packages.
+ Keep our Workplace Experience SharePoint sites up-to-date.
+ Help coordinate and facilitate colleague engagement sessions, both online and in-person.
+ Support the creation and roll-out of workplace engagement campaigns, like LEGO Flex Office, Sustainable Workplace etc.
+ Provide ad hoc support for colleague engagement projects.

The Workplace Innovation team is part of the broader Workplace Experience team within the People, Places and Culture department at the LEGO Group. We are a dedicated bunch of workplace specialists who aim to create the best possible workplace experience for our LEGO colleagues.You'll be collaborating closely with various team members and working in different project team constellations, offering you the opportunity to glean insights from a wide array of expertise and working styles.
As a Student Worker, you will be supporting all stages of workplace experience, from workplace concepts and strategies to project execution and on-going operations. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to use your creativity and imagination to the fullest, while having fun and learning what it means to be a part of a truly global team and organization.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ You are pursuing a university degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Brand Management, or another communication related field of study at a Danish University or Business School.
+ You are passionate about storytelling and can write engaging and captivating stories easily in English.
+ You can produce inspiring content using multiple tools (photography, video, presentations etc.) and proactively share this across relevant channels.
+ You are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office package, especially MS PowerPoint and SharePoint, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
+ You are curious about or have experience using AI tools to support storytelling, content generation, or visual communication.
+ You have a team spirit and thrive in a collaborative team environment, where we succeed and grow together.
+ You have an interest in learning more about project coordination and facilitation.
+ You are available to work 15 hours per week (including minimum one day per week from our office in Copenhagen) with flexibility provided to suit your academic schedule.
