The opportunity

This is a fast-paced, hands-on recruitment role where you will support the end-to-end student recruitment process. You will be empowered to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on student talent attraction and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.

In this role, you will collaborate with the wider Student Recruitment team and our business to source and attract university talent for various roles through campus events and career insight days. You will also utilize online social channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram to promote early career opportunities and initiatives.

You will manage the entire recruitment process for student and entry-level applicants for your designated service line, from application to onboarding. This includes coordinating with administrators, onboarding, induction, Talent, and CBS functions to ensure a smooth transition for candidates joining the firm. Maintaining accurate recruitment and hiring data is essential in this role, so attention to detail and comfort with managing large volumes of data will set you up for success.

Your key responsibilities

Support the EY Ireland Talent Team, based in our Dublin office, in delivering graduate and undergraduate recruitment programs aligned with the firm's student strategy goals. Use recruitment and hiring data to inform decisions, ensuring comfort with managing large volumes of data. Screening large volumes of applicants while keeping your operations lead up to date on candidate progress Gathering and maintaining onboarding documentation for all new joiners across a multitude of student programmes, ensuring appropriate verification checks are carried out. Assisting with our overall talent attraction strategy through the promotion of open roles via LinkedIn Build relationships with career offices and attract potential future leaders at careers fairs, presenting to large groups of students about why EY is a great place to build their future.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in managing large volumes of data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Commercial awareness and the ability to measure progress against business goals, providing regular updates to your team lead and stakeholders. Comfort with public speaking and presenting. Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure in a complex business environment, responding to change and leading others through it.

 

Desired but Not Essential

Previous experience working in a professional services environment. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
