General Summary:

This will be an intern position supporting the refresh of new desktops and laptops in Henry Ford Health environment

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with a mentor to learn how to refresh/replace an older laptop/desktop with a new replacementAuditing the current equipment of the end user and capturing asset information for future replacementWorking with teammates to schedule a refresh of equipment in specific departmentsScheduling and interacting with end users to set up a time for their PC replacementTaking direction from the mentor and assist where needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Undergraduate students currently enrolled in college degree programs
