The Student Behavior Interventionist plays a vital role in promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment for all NSSF school students. This position focuses on Tier 2 behavior support, restorative practices, and proactive interventions that foster strong relationships, positive school culture, and student success. This role works closely with students, teachers, families, and school leaders to ensure that every student feels seen, valued, and equipped to thrive academically and socially.

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications: ? Experience working with elementary and middle school–aged youth in schools or community-based settings. ? Knowledge of restorative justice practices, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed approaches. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff. ? Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and solutions-focused in challenging situations. ? Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices.
