Student Assistant - User Journey Mapping Job Description **_As a part of DBS Technical Communication Team, you’ll support our dynamic team in user research and user journey mapping. You'll have the opportunity to work on a real project and gain practical experience in a professional environment, contributing to user-oriented solutions for our global user base, focusing specifically on technical documentation._** In Technical Documentation Team team/Product Development, we are looking for a student assistant to support with User Journey Mapping. You will join a team/department with 6 colleagues, all working with Technical Documentation (eg. Installation and Operation Manuals, Data Booklets and Quick Guides). This includes working with: - Surveying and User Journey Mapping tools - MS Office - JIRA You will be working with different kind of stakeholders both internal and external groups and persons. You will be working for 10-20 hours per week at our Office in Bjerringbro, Denmark OR Székesfehérvár, Hungary, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work.
