Duties will include a wide range of office support assignments, including taking incoming customer service phone calls and emails, answering inquiries regarding DTMB-managed facilities and parking structures. Will include interaction with a variety of databases and programs through data entry, maintenance, and retrieval of facilities-related information. It is expected that the student will become familiar with division systems and procedures. This position is In Office/Onsite Only.
