**Student Assistant, Indirect Procurement– Corporate Procurement**

**Your new role**
We are looking for a Student Assistant with a strong business mindset, a proactive personality and a strong interest in procurement. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of activities and get hands-on experience with tasks that contribute directly to our team’s success. You will collaborate closely with our Indirect Procurement team and other colleagues, gaining exposure to different parts of our organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
+ Coordinating and supporting communication within the Indirect Procurement team (e.g., updates, dashboards, reporting).
+ Following up on activities and helping ensure progress on initiatives.
+ Assisting with Category Management tasks such as data analysis, market research, RFx development, negotiations, and documentation handling.
+ Supporting contract management (e.g., maintaining overviews, updating and tracking contracts, handling documentation).
+ Helping with practical and administrative tasks across the team (e.g., gathering information, preparing meetings, sharing updates).
+ Ad hoc office and team support.
**Your future team**
We are a global team of 15 people located in Denmark, Poland and US. Working hours will be flexible and adaptable to your study. We offer an average 10–15-hour work week with the possibility of increasing working hours during vacation periods.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
**What you bring to the team**
We imagine you are:
+ A Bachelor’s student (min. 2nd year) or an early Master’s student.
+ Someone with strong communication skills and an interest in procurement.
+ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
+ Analytical and structured in your way of working.
+ Interested in project management and comfortable working collaboratively.
+ Experienced in using PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Curious, open-minded, and inclusive in your approach to working with others.
