We are looking for a proactive and organized Student with a genuine interest in growing within the Human Resources field. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion and the Internship Program, while also supporting daily operations through system updates and process controls. What you will do
Support the maintenance and updating of internal control tools (tracking spreadsheets, KPIs, timelines).Help manage and update SharePoint content for the HR team.Provide logistical and administrative support for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including events, campaigns, and reports.Assist in coordinating the Internship Program through communication with interns, organizing trainings, and tracking feedback.Join team meetings and actively contribute with insights and learnings.What you will bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with an expected graduation date from December 2026 onward.Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills for participation in meetings and document reading.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Basic knowledge of SharePoint is a plusFamiliarity with corporate communication tools such as Teams and Outlook.Desired: basic understanding of Power BI or a strong interest in learning it.Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and a sense of responsibility.Empathy and sensitivity, particularly when engaging with Diversity & Inclusion efforts.Discretion and ethical mindset when handling sensitive employee data.
