Job Summary

The Department of Social Sciences is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated student to work as a History Student Ambassador. 

Responsibilities*

Prep recruitment event/visit materialsAssist at recruitment and enrollment eventsHost events and manage outreach for current History majorsServe as the student face of the History disciplineOther duties as assigned. 

 

Required Qualifications*

Majoring in history or social studiesExcellent communication skillsStrong technology skillsMust be a current student with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPAPossess dependability, leadership skills, and Wolverine prideReliable transportation to campus.Desired Qualifications*

Experience working in an academic settingExperience working with confidential materialExperience in event planningExperience with social mediaWork Schedule

Looking for a student that can work 1-2 hours per week.
