Job responsibilities

Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment of potential dealsPrepare internal and client presentations, transaction memos, and supporting documentationCoordinate with internal teams (sales, investment banking, legal, risk, operations) to facilitate deal executionMonitor and manage risk on executed transactions, including exposure analysis and reportingPrepare regular reports and updates on portfolio performance for internal stakeholdersSupport the team in identifying and screening new transaction opportunitiesConduct research and analysis on clients, sectors, and market trends to support deal evaluation
