Structural Welder
**Job Title: Structural Welder – 3G MIG (Carbon Steel, 3/8")** **Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM** **Location: Tulsa, OK** **Overview** We’re seeking skilled Structural Welders who can perform full‑penetration 3G MIG welds on 3/8" carbon steel plate. Ideal for welders with structural fabrication experience and strong MIG/Flux‑Core abilities. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and Flux‑Core welding (3G vertical and other positions) + Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings + Use tape measures, calipers, and precision tools accurately + Set up and adjust welding machines (voltage/amps) + Prep and cut materials; grind and clean welds to spec + Fit, align, and clamp parts according to layout + Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity + Maintain welding equipment **Required Skills & Experience** + 6+ months of structural welding experience + Strong MIG & Flux‑Core proficiency + Ability to pass a 3G MIG weld test on 3/8" carbon steel plate + Able to read blueprints and work independently + Solid understanding of fabrication, machine setup, and weld quality + Skilled in grinding, prepping, and fitting **What’s Offered** + Full benefits package + Long‑term stability and growth opportunities **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
