**Structural Welder – Tulsa, OK (Contract to Hire)**
**About the Role**
We are currently seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity offering a structured work environment, competitive benefits, and room for career growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures.
+ Select appropriate welding equipment and methods based on job requirements.
+ Set up components for welding, including cutting materials to precise measurements.
+ Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
+ Align and clamp components using calipers, rulers, and other tools.
+ Perform manual or semi-automatic welding in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
+ Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures for flaws.
+ Maintain welding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in Mig and Flux core welding techniques.
+ Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately.
+ Skilled in3G (vertical) position welding.
+ Knowledge of setting amperage and voltage on welding machines.
+ Ability to grind welds effectively.
Additional Qualifications
+ Experience in fabrication and production environments.
+ Must be able to pass a welding test.

Work Schedule
Choose between day or night shifts:
+ Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 4:30 AM
+ _(Monday through Friday)_
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
