Role Overview

Supervise and manage structural engineering projects on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with project teams to deliver timely and efficient structural solutions. Conduct inspections and assessments of structural integrity. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel. Review and approve structural designs and modifications.

Skills & Qualifications

Structural Engineering Expertise: Strong knowledge of offshore structural engineering principles. Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local and international construction codes and standards. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective team collaboration. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address engineering challenges.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field. Certifications: Relevant certifications in structural engineering preferred. valid certificates: CSWIP 3.1 or IWI (IIW-S-IIS) or AWS QC1 or CWI  Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in structural supervision, particularly in offshore projects.
