Direct Hire opportunity for a Structural Packaging Designer with Production background located in Commerce CA

The Structural Packaging Designer is responsible for designing and developing custom corrugated packaging solutions from concept to production, ensuring structural integrity and cost-effectiveness
As a Structural Packaging Designer, you will:
Create custom corrugated packaging solutions from concept to production, including point-of purchase displays Generate CAD drawings using tools like Artios CAD, and produce cutting files for prototypes and production. Conduct stacking strength and compression analyses to ensure structural integrity and shipping efficiency. Work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions. Produce physical samples for customer presentations and testing Review and verify new packaging specifications for accuracy and performance.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
You will need the following to succeed
Proficiency in CAD software, Artios CAD is required. Strong understanding of structural design principles for corrugated packaging. Experience working with P.O.P design Experience with corrugated materials and their properties. Ability to optimize pallet utilization and conduct structural analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Salary: $70K-100K annually
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
