Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our construction quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and compliance of various construction projects throughout the Riyadh area. + Conduct thorough inspections of structural elements on construction sites to ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications + Coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by contractors + Process incoming inspection requests and technical submittals, taking necessary actions as required + Maintain accurate records of contractor manpower, equipment, and daily resources + Perform site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer + Document contractor activities, including personnel, equipment, location, and methods utilized + Monitor and report on materials delivery, implementing site instructions from leadership + Apply and enforce quality control procedures and safety protocols on construction sites + Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed + Monitor health and safety compliance of construction works, reporting any violations + Collaborate with project teams to resolve structural issues and ensure project success **Qualifications** + Diploma in Engineering required; related degree in Engineering fields preferred for career advancement + Minimum of 15 years of overall experience in structural inspection, with at least 5 years of experience in the Middle East region + Proven experience in construction supervision with a consultancy firm + Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and structural engineering principles + Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract documents, detailed drawings, and specifications + Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills + Thorough understanding of quality control and quality assurance processes in construction + Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written + Proficiency in relevant software tools for structural inspection and reporting + Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia + Willingness to work on various construction sites within the Riyadh area + Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
