Your Key Responsibilities - Assist engineers in the preparation of contract documents and reports for a variety of civil engineering projects ranging from bridges (non-structural aspects), roadways, parks, recreational spaces, and transit facilities. - Responsibilities include computer-aided design and drafting, checking drawings and calculations, quantity take-offs, simple design calculations, and field inspections. Your Capabilities and Credentials - Minimum requirements include some exposure to CAD Design programs and current good academic standing in accredited engineering school. Education and Experience - Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelors or Masters Engineering Program, preferably Civil Engineering. Typical office environment involves working with computers. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
