Skills and Requirements • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • Professional Engineer designation or Engineer-in-Training with 3+ years of experience • Note: Stamping of engineering designs is not required in this role • Strong safety commitment and safety leadership • Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders - internal and external • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills • Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment • Experience with Microsoft Office software, Computer Aided Structural Analysis & Design software such as Staad Pro or SAP2000 (or similar software) is required • Experience with 3D Modeling and Design Software is considered an asset • Previous experience in a potash mine or oil & gas or industrial setting is considered an asset
