Summary: Seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with expertise in design verification for commercial nuclear projects under 10CFR50 Appendix B QA programs.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program Minimum 5 years of experience Proficiency in MathCAD Prime and GTSTRUDL Experience with piping analysis per ASME B31.1 and structural analysis

Preferred Skills:

Experience with steel per AISC Allowable Stress Design (ASD) Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis software Familiarity with seismic analysis techniques

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review documents for pipe supports, building structure modifications, rigging load evaluations Perform design and analysis of concrete, steel structures, heavy load components, and equipment supports Conduct conceptual studies, cost and planning studies, design calculations, specification development

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
