Job RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
12+ years of structural design experience for building systems in pharmaceutical/industrial/chemical facilities
Proven lead experience delivering structural designs for steel and concrete structures across varied project sizes and execution approaches
Advanced proficiency with STAAD/STAAD Pro
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
Solid working knowledge of applicable building and structural codes
Prior leadership and mentoring experience for structural engineers and designers
Preferred SkillsExperience supporting multi-office resource planning and workload balancing
Experience contributing to proposals, including scope definition and engineering/design budget estimates
Familiarity with data-centric tool initiatives and technical competency development within teams
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide discipline leadership for structural design and documentation across projects of varying size and scope
Support the Department Manager to ensure structural deliverables meet quality expectations and schedules
Offer technical guidance and oversight to junior staff; mentor to advance technical capabilities
Assist management with structural staffing forecasts and resource balancing (hiring, interoffice loans, and work shifting)
Participate in evaluation processes and contribute to employee performance feedback
Assist with project proposals by defining scope and determining engineering/design budgets
Promote data-centric workflows and help grow team technical competency
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
