We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the detailed structural design of buildings, encompassing residential, commercial, institutional, and heritage projects. The ideal candidate will assist with the development of preliminary structural design concepts and work closely with the project team from the conceptual and preliminary stages of design through to completion.
ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed structural design of buildings, including residential, commercial, institutional, and heritage projects.Assist with the development of preliminary structural design concepts.Collaborate with the project team from conceptual and preliminary stages of design through to completion.Assist with design checks for other engineers’ work on portions of projects.Ensure quality compliance for your portions of projects by maintaining design and checking notes.
Essential SkillsProficiency in structural engineering and the ability to perform structural calculations and design.Experience with software such as Revit, RISA 3D, RAMM, and Etabs.Ability to independently layout framing members and determine appropriate sizes.Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering.
Additional Skills & QualificationsOpen to a range of years of experience, from new graduates to senior level.Ideal candidates will have 5 to 10 years of experience.EIT or PE license is preferred.Candidates must be sharp, with strong drafting abilities and a personality that fits well within our team.
Work Environment
This position is based in-office Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional site visits. The team consists of 13 structural engineers in a family-oriented culture, offering a laid-back environment with ample opportunities for growth.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
