Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a project manager and principal in charge, contributing to structural design, modeling, and field investigations. You will collaborate closely with senior staff and recruiting partners, gaining hands-on experience in both office and field environments.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in structural design tasks under supervision.staff.Supervise drafting and perform backchecks of technical work.Conduct structural assessments, damage investigations, and prepare technical reports.Design structural repairs based on field findings.Participate in site visits (15% of time) in the Central FL region using your personal vehicle.Perform light physical tasks including climbing ladders, navigating tight spaces, and carrying up to 20 lbs of equipment (provided by client).Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Strong background in structural engineering and design.Experience with RAM Structural.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration.E.I.T. (Engineer in Training) certification.Completion of Steel and Concrete Design courses.Ability to conduct damage investigations and forensic engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in report writing.Familiarity with concrete and steel structures.Comfortable engaging with team members and mentors.Willingness to travel 15%-20% to job sites in Central FL.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
