Job Description The Designer will provide drafting and detailing support for structural design of the BWRX-300 Reactor Building from preliminary phase through construction documents. Preparation of 3D Revit structural models and 2D drawings and details of structural building systems. • Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in the form of 3D models, 2D cross sections, section details, tolerance stack-ups, and various electronic data formats to support analysis, manufacturing, assembly, tooling, and inspection. • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a structural discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. • Has knowledge of structural drafting and design best practices, including interfaces with mechanical piping, HVAC and electrical. • Design activity will require knowledge of design principles and drafting procedure We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements An Associates degree in Structural Design (or similar) 3 years of experience in structural drafting for heavy industrial, thermal power, nuclear industry or similar industries. • OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience in structural drafting for heavy industrial, thermal power, nuclear industry or similar industries. • Minimum 3 years of experience using Revit for structural modeling -nuclear exp -Work within a team environment to execute work plans and schedules as applicable for mission success. • Perform work in compliance with policies and procedures. • Competency in computer programs and software such as Microsoft products and Microsoft teams • Advanced knowledge of Revit family creation • Autodesk Inventor experience a plus • Experience using Autodesk BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud • Experience using Autodesk Vault
