Includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met with high quality and safety standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Professional License (e.g., PRC for Engineers/Architects) preferred Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or real estate development Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit) Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and contract management 2) Civil Structural Inspectorresponsible for monitoring and inspecting civil and structural works on construction sites to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards. Plays a key part in maintaining quality control and ensuring the structural integrity of the project.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil/structural inspection or site supervision Strong knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and quality standards Familiarity with local and international codes (e.g., NSCP, ACI, ASTM) Proficient in reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications 3) Architectural Inspectorresponsible for ensuring that all architectural works on-site are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes. Plays a key part in maintaining quality standards, verifying workmanship, and supporting the successful delivery of architectural components in construction projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field Licensed Architect (PRC) preferred Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural inspection or site supervision Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods Familiarity with local building codes and international standards Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications 4) MEPFS Inspectorresponsible for inspecting and monitoring the installation and quality of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems on construction sites. Ensures that all MEPFS works comply with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field) Licensed Engineer (PRC) preferred Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEPFS inspection or supervision Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, construction methods, and applicable codes (e.g., PEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, NPC) Proficient in reading and interpreting MEPFS drawings and specifications 5) Document Controller / Technical Assistantresponsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of records. Supports the technical and project teams by organizing documents, tracking revisions, and assisting with administrative and coordination tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in document control or technical support roles (preferably in construction, engineering, or architectural firms) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint)
