BAE Systems is hiring structural analysis engineers to act as integral partners in interdisciplinary design teams. In this role, you will work with senior analysts, providing simulation support throughout the design and test phase of each program and presenting your analysis reports to internal teammates and external customers. Each analyst supports multiple programs, and the fast-paced nature of each program means that every day is new and exciting. May consider candidates with fewer years experience for a more junior position. + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with customers and colleagues. + Able to work well within a team and independently. + Able to obtain a Secret Clearance. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience in structural analysis and FEA. + Experience with ABAQUS, HyperWorks and / or Matlab.\#LI-Hybird #LI-JR1 **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
