Hourly wage of $ 16.25 per hour We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent posiition: Monday to Friday (1600-2100),Saturday (1400-1900) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Strip Mall Security Guard Maintain a safe and Secure environment Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.  Performing exterior and Interior Foot  Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Use G- Track reporting system while patrolling. Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports. Provide Excellent customer service. Qualifications for Strip Mall Security Guard Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Valid Manitoba Security Guard license Customer service oriented Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
