Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a **Strike Key Account Executive** , you will drive the strategic expansion and positioning of KinderSure across selected countries Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, ensuring its successful launch and sustained leadership within government‑supported child nutrition programs. You will cultivate and manage high‑impact strategic relationships with Non‑Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Foundations, and governmental stakeholders responsible for executing national nutritional management initiatives, particularly those focused on childhood stunting. In this role, you will: + **Experience identifying, evaluating, and engaging with non‑governmental organizations (NGOs)** to establish partnerships that support commercial objectives, social impact goals, and community engagement initiatives. + **Lead commercial strategy and execution** for the NGO and government channels within the Strike project countries, ensuring sales targets are achieved and market penetration goals are met. Ability to manage ongoing commercialization efforts, tracking performance metrics, optimizing tactics, and collaborating with internal teams to support product adoption, market penetration, and lifecycle management. + **Oversee and support product launch activities** , aligning cross‑functional teams and NGO/government partners to ensure KinderSure’s adoption and integration into national and institutional nutrition programs. + **Proven experience managing end‑to‑end commercialization strategy** , including planning and execution of **_pre‑launch_** **,** **_launch_** **, and** **_post‑launch_** **phases** to ensure strong market entry and sustained product performance. + **Experience leading pre** **‑** **launch activities** , such as market assessment, stakeholder mapping, cross‑functional readiness, identification of barriers and opportunities, and development of communication and activation plans. + **Serve as the primary technical liaison** between Abbott and the nutrition and program‑implementation teams of NGOs, Foundations, and government institutions, ensuring alignment with international, national, and corporate guidelines and regulatory expectations. + **Collaborate on the development and optimization of child nutritional management programs** , providing scientific, clinical, and operational guidance to enhance outcomes for populations affected by stunting. + **Strengthen long-term partnerships** with key regional stakeholders to elevate Abbott’s role in public health initiatives and expand KinderSure’s impact across Latin America. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree (Graduated/ Licentiate): health science, nutrition, or related is desirable. + Minimum 7 years of experience combining strong commercial acumen, business development capabilities, nutritional knowledge, and stakeholder engagement with NGOs or government entities. + Experience in public relations or stakeholder engagement with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) or government entities. Working with government procurement/tendering processes, including proposal preparation, evaluation cycles, and institutional contracting frameworks. + Sales in Pharma and/or Nutrition, proven success in selling nutritional or pharmaceutical products, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in multinational companies. + Institutional & Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) experience, background in planning and executing institutional channel sales strategies, ideally with experience in Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) or institutional programs. + Analytical skills with experience using performance metrics, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making to guide commercial strategy. + English intermediate level (At least 70%). It is desirable. + Travel approximately 60% of time. The countries in charge will be El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. + Fieldwork: 90% field / 10% of office work required.
