What you can expect:
Develop strength and conditioning programs for individual athletes and designated athletic groupsDesign and supervise programs throughout the year and all athletic seasonsInstruct/oversee individual and group performance sessionsDevelop and coordinate training schedules for individuals and athletic groupsMarket athletic performance services throughout the communityTrack progress of athletes to ensure a safe, high quality programCommunicate with athletes and parent/guardians on progress and future training recommendationsBuilding relationships with athletes, families, and local youth sport clubs/teams/coaches.This is a casual/PRN role with an expected schedule of 6–20 hours per week, though this may vary as the program continues to grow. Hours of operation are 6AM - 9PM. daily. Scheduling will be managed online, allowing you to set your hours based on your availability.
