What you need to know about this position:
The RGM Strategy & Transformation Manager will play a critical role in advancing Revenue Growth Management (RGM) within the organization, focusing on three key pillars: Strategic RGM, Precision RGM, and RGM capability building at scale (BAU integration). This role will be responsible for leading the development and integration of RGM strategies with brand and country plans, as well as driving the implementation of precision RGM through analytics, processes, and tools. The ultimate goal is to accelerate impact and improve overall RGM performance.
Key Responsibilities:
RGM Strategy Leadership:Lead the development and implementation of the overall RGM strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and country strategic plans.Integrate RGM principles into the strategic and commercial planning processes.Support the long-term value creation for Mondelez by maximizing revenue and profit across the brand portfolio.Precision RGM Implementation:Drive the "Precision RGM" journey through the effective use of analytics, processes, and tools.Identify and implement data-driven insights to optimize pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.Develop and refine RGM processes to improve performance management and decision-making.RGM Capability Building:Develop and expand RGM capabilities and mindset across the organization.Establish the right tools, processes, and technology infrastructure to optimize performance and investment.Drive RGM integration into strategic, commercial planning and execution.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Monitor and analyze RGM performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop regular reports and presentations to communicate RGM performance and insights to key stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on RGM strategies.Support markets and category strategy to create value for consumers and customers delivering a sustainable, competitive and profitable growth.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
