Strategy Senior Associate, WorkSmarter Card and Connected Commerce
Support strategic transformation initiatives and the adoption of modern ways of working at JPMorgan Chase by collaborating with teams in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), with a focus on Card and Connected Commerce areas such as Credit Card, Chase Travel, and Lifestyle. WorkSmarter modernizes how employees work through better practices, tools, and operating models. You will lead enterprise change while serving as a strategic partner to CCB, helping Card and Connected Commerce teams to adopt new ways of working, use AI effectively, and operate with greater clarity and efficiency. As a Strategy Senior Associate on WorkSmarter, you will support the firm's transformation agenda by assisting with the adoption of modern ways of working, helping improve operating models, and contributing to the integration of AI-enabled practices into daily tasks. You will work on important projects and collaborate with CCB leadership in Card and Connected Commerce to help advance their transformation goals. As a Strategy Senior Associate on WorkSmarter, you will: + Support initiatives aimed at improving how teams work together, including enhancing meeting practices, encouraging the use of new technology, and helping increase overall efficiency. + Support strategic projects forsenior leaders, ensuring alignment with organizationalpriorities,and delivering measurable business value. + Drive adoption of genAI and emerging tools to enhance productivity and simplify execution. + Collaborate across the CCB Business and functional groups including Global Technology, Product and CCB leadership. Job Responsibilities + Support strategic direction and assist with technology adoption initiatives across the CCB Card and Connected Commerce Business. + Support cross-LOB alignment by convening executive forums to share best practices and accelerate transformation. + Design and implement adoption strategies that deliver intuitive, valuable experiences for employees. + Surface insights that inform enterprise investment and innovation decisions. + Translate technology trends into actionable strategies for adoption and scale. + Build and maintain expertise in core and emerging technologies, including genAI and collaboration platforms. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills + 4+ years in Financial Services, Management Consulting, or Technology, with a focus on innovation, transformation, or change leadership. + Skilled at engaging in a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., Tech, Product, Design) and senior leaders with clear, persuasive communication. + Ability to distill complex challenges into strategic opportunities and actionable plans. + Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across diverse teams and functions. + Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and emerging technologies (e.g., genAI, LLMs, collaboration platforms) to drive adoption and improve processes. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills + Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, MS Copilot) and other collaboration tools. + Hands-on experience applying emerging technologies-including AI and large language models (LLMs) to solve business challenges and drive transformation. + Support and deliver transformation initiatives, successfully guiding organizations and teams through changes to achieve sustainable cultural and operational improvements.
