This role is not a people manager, but it plays a critical leadership role across operations, ensuring that processes, rituals, budget management, and cross-functional interactions are running effectively, enabling the team to stay focused on the right priorities and deliver impact. **You will be responsible for:** 1. Area Operations & Governance Leadership • Act as the operational lead for the area, ensuring day-to-day activities, processes, and routines are well structured and running smoothly • Design, manage, and continuously improve the governance model of the area • Own and coordinate key management forums, including: o weekly meetings o monthly reviews o quarterly planning and performance discussions • Define agendas, objectives, and materials for leadership discussions • Track decisions, actions, and commitments, ensuring proper follow-up and execution 2.
